At Derby, every thermoformed splint is manually crafted, then shaped using high-quality thermoplastic materials selected for clarity, durability, and comfort. This ensures a predictable fit --- whether the case begins from a traditional impression or an intraoral scan.
We offer three style variations:
- Soft: Maximum comfort for sensitive patients
- Hard-Soft: A balanced option combining comfort with bite stability
- Hard: A rigid option when durability and protection are the priority
