Full-Arch
All-on-X / Full-Arch Restorations

Supported exclusively by Precision by Derby, our advanced full-arch division creates masterpieces that replace failing dentition with a fixed, implant-supported prosthetic designed for long-term comfort, stability, and esthetics. These cases are life-changing and represent a major investment for patients, and we treat every case with that level of respect and intention.
This workflow supports both immediate-load and staged approaches and is built around three key phases: day of surgery provisional, prototype, and final. Along the way, we focus on function, esthetics, phonetics, and long-term maintainability—not just a single surgery day outcome.
We integrate conventional records with CBCT, intraoral scans, and photogrammetry (MicronMapper/multi-camera capture) when available. Photogrammetry allows highly accurate capture of multi-implant positions and supports faster, more precise full-arch workflows.
When It Makes Sense
Fixed Full-Arch Solution
A fixed alternative to a removable denture.
Function + Esthetics
Strong functional improvement with natural-looking results.
Immediate Teeth
Supports teeth-in-a-day treatment needs.
Streamlined Restorative Path
A clear path from surgery through final zirconia.
Why Derby
Precision by Derby full-arch focus
These cases are handled by Precision by Derby, a dedicated team focused on complex implant and full-arch work.
Guided and non-guided flexibility
We can start with fully guided surgery when desired or support well-planned freehand workflows, always with a restoratively driven plan.
Photogrammetry and MicronMapper integration
We support MicronMapper and other photogrammetry systems to capture implant positions with extremely high accuracy, reducing guesswork and improving fit.
Same-day and near real-time options
Doctors can print our designs chairside and schedule at time of surgery, or Derby can print and deliver a provisional within about an hour, depending on logistics and planning.
Prototype phase for real-world verification
We build in a prototype step so bite, esthetics, phonetics, and tissue profiles can be proven before committing to final zirconia.
Material flexibility and bar options
Options include full-contour zirconia, zirconia layered over a titanium or metal bar, reinforced PMMA provisionals, and printed prototypes tailored to function and force.
Precision finish work
Tissue transitions, smile line harmony, and surface anatomy are refined by hand to avoid a “blocky” or artificial look.
Two included bite splints
At no additional cost, each full-arch case includes two bite splints to help protect the restoration and support long-term success.
Training and digital onboarding
We actively help doctors move from analog or partial-digital workflows into a fully digital, photogrammetry-aware process with education, planning support, and case-by-case coaching.
Turnaround
Surgical provisional: planned and ready ahead of surgery; designs can be printed in-office or printed at Derby for rapid delivery (often within about an hour when scheduled appropriately)
Prototype: approx. 10 days after records and provisional feedback
Final full-arch prosthetic: approx. 10 days from approved prototype

FAQ
Do I need guided surgery to use this workflow?
Guided surgery works beautifully with this workflow, but it isn’t required — we can support you wherever you are in your digital journey.
Do you support photogrammetry?
Yes. We work with MicronMapper and similar photogrammetry systems to capture implant positions with high accuracy.
Can I print the provisional in my office?
Yes. We can provide designs that you can print and schedule for surgery day, or Derby can print and deliver.
How many prototypes are included?
One prototype is typically sufficient for most cases, with additional refinement options available as needed. One redesign is included at no additional cost.
Are these restorations repairable?
Minor esthetic or surface adjustments can be completed chairside. Full remakesor upgrades are supported with stored design files.
How do you ensure esthetic outcomes?
The Precision by Derby team reviews smile lines, lip support, facial symmetry, and natural tooth texture—not just shade.
Are bite splints included?
Yes. Two bite splints are included with each full-arch case to help protect the restoration.
Do you provide training or guidance for digitalworkflows?
Yes. We support doctors transitioning from analog or mixed workflows to fully digital and photogrammetry-based approaches with education and case-by-case support.
