Directions To Derby Dental Lab
From I-64 West
- Exit at the Grinstead Dr. Exit
- Take a left at the bottom of the ramp onto Grinstead Dr.
- Keep Straight across Bardstown Rd. and Barrett Ave. (Road name changes to Winter Ave. and then Oak St.). Stay to the Left of Haddad’s Auto Service past Barrett.
- The road forks a block past Haddad’s, stay to the Right of the liquor store (Mary St.).
- Go over the railroad tracks to the second light, and then turn Left onto Shelby St.
- Stay in the Left lane.
- When the road turns to One Way, turn Left onto Goss Ave.
- Immediately turn Right into the black gates into Derby’s Parking Lot

From I-65 North
- Exit at the Jackson St. Exit
- Turn Right on Ormsby St. soon after the curve off the exit.
- Follow for three blocks until the road ends at Shelby St.
- Turn Left onto Shelby St.
- Turn Right at the next Stop Sign (Goss Ave.)
- Immediately turn Right into the black gates into Derby’s Parking Lot

From I-65 South
- Exit at The Saint Catherine St. Exit
- Stay to the Left side of the Exit Ramp to the stop sign.
- Turn Right onto Saint Catherine St.
- Immediately turn Left onto 1st St.
- After one block turn Left at Oak St.
- After about a mile, turn Right onto Shelby St.
- Stay in the Left lane.
- When the road turns to One Way, turn Left onto Goss Ave.
- Immediately turn Right into the black gates into Derby’s Parking Lot

From Downtown Louisville
- Take either Broadway or Oak St. (Eastbound) to Shelby St.
- Turn Right (Southbound) onto Shelby St.
- Stay in the Left lane.
- When the road turns to One Way, turn Left onto Goss Ave.
- Immediately turn Right into the black gates into Derby’s Parking Lot
